In implementation of the provisions recited in Legislative Decree 24/2023 of March 10, 2023 and the ANAC Guidelines published in Resolution No. 311 of July 12, 2023, Scandola Mobili S.r.l. makes available the following documentation:
• Whistleblower protection disclosure
All persons whom the standard indicates as susceptible to protection from retaliatory acts, should they wish to file a report, have the following internal reporting channels available to them:
• Email scandola.segnalazioni@pec.it for forwarding the report in written form
• Phone number 045 7050215 for reporting in oral form.
• For anonymous reports, Ordinary Registered Mail – to the following recipient:
